I'm on a constant search for ways to feed my family of 5 healthy food for less money. And less money. And even LESS money! Simple recipes that we can eat again and again. While searching the web one day for simple recipes that you can get 2 or 3 other meals out of I came across this:
  • Day 1: Ham with Fruited Bourbon Sauce
  • Day 2: Ham and Cheddar Frittata
  • Day 1: Red Snapper with Avocado-Papaya Salsa
  • Day 2: Fish Tacos with Yogurt Sauce
What?! Fruited Bourbon sauce? Papaya Salsa? Red Snapper?! I might order one of these meals at a restaurant but I'm probably not going to be making these for my 4 year old after getting home from gymnastics class.

So on this blog you will find easy 3 in 1 meals. In other words cook 1 meal and have the ingredients for 2 other meals. No wasted leftovers molding in the fridge. All ingredients will be easily found at your local Wal-Mart. All cooking instructions will be in plain English.
